Donated in 2003 by Captain D.K. Regis CD former commanding officer of 779. This award is for the Cadet who most consistently exhibited a high standard of Dress, Drill, and Deportment. The recipient must demonstrate leadership skills and volunteer for other activities; must be scholastically proficient and display initiative. This award is available only to Proficiency Level Three Cadets.
