Be sure to check your Junk Folder for updates about your appointment. If you have any questions you can simply reply to the automated e-mail.

 

Remember to bring the following to your appointment for Annual Validation:
– valid Ontario Health Card

If you are enrolling a new cadet, remember to bring:
– Birth Certificate and/or valid photo ID
– valid Ontario Health Card

 

If your appointment is for Uniform fitting be sure to bring your currently issued uniform for exchange.

It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment in order to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions.
