The Bassett Top Instructor Award was donated by C.I. Bassett in 1997. Christine assumed leadership of our band in 1996 and worked in the training department as Chief Instructor. This award recognizes the Cadet who displayed the highest standard of instructional technique and who was most willing to share their knowledge with other Cadets.
